Why you Can't Patent a Trademark: Understanding Intellectual Property
Intellectual property (IP) is involved in many aspects of business. This presentation will consider the different types of IP, and the impact they can have on your business. We will describe and contrast patents, trademarks, industrial designs, copyright, and trade secrets, and discuss some strategies to help protect your own IP, and reduce the risk presented by IP owned by others.
Join us for an evening of learning, fellowship and sharing as we bring innovators, inventors and teckies together.
