Join us for a 3 week course where we will create amazing canapes, fresh pasta and holiday desserts that are sure to please a crowd.
In this fun interactive class students will learn kitchen safety, basic knife skills and food presentation skills.
Week one will focus on holiday inspired canapes.
Week two will focus on fresh pasta and a variety of sauces.
Week three will focus on holiday desserts.
This class will give students the confidence to create a amazing food in the kitchen.
Students aged 12 plus welcome
