What is the tattoo 'ink' made out of?

Tattoo ink is made out of jagua - juice extracted from a fruit called 'Genipe Americana' commonly found in Central and South America. It's 100% organic, natural & safe. The recipe includes: Jagua, Lavendar Essential Oil, Xanthum Gum, Water - and can be stored in the freezer for up to 6 months.

Nope, it's not henna. Although similar in nature, it's a different paste & recipe. The 'temp tattoo ink' (actually a paste) is made from Jagua, which is juice extracted from a fruit - that ends in a blue/black stain that resembles a real tattoo. Henna is made from a plant resulting in a brown stain.

Your temp tattoo's lifespan depends on where you put it, how much you sweat, and whether you treat showers like a quick rinse or a full-blown singing concert. But on average, you’re looking at a solid 8–12 days of commitment-free ink.

Does it hurt?

Not even a little bit! It's a needle-free approach, applied through tiny cone. Like squeezing toothpaste out of a tube or piping a cake. But instead, your body and skin is the canvas. If anything, it feels kind of therapeutic and known to have cooling properties that de-stresses the body.

How is it temporary?

The "ink" (actually a paste) is only applied to the upper layer of skin (called the epidermis). Since we're like snakes, our skin regenerates itself typically over a weekly & bi-weekly rate, the stain naturally fades overtime.

The less you sweat, the longer your tattoo sticks around—so if you're living that low-activity, AC-loving lifestyle, congrats, you just unlocked bonus days. To keep it looking fresh, slap on some Vaseline in the morning and at night like it’s a VIP skincare routine.

I'm not a skilled artist, is this workshop for me?

The system I’ve created works for all skill levels, even if your best masterpiece is a stick figure. Since we use stencils, the hard part is already done. All you need is a steady hand, the ability to trace & a can-do attitude. Think of it like a colouring book for tattoos!
