About this event
Join me in Calgary, AB for this in person weekend training that will guide you through some theory and experiential practice of TRE® (Tension Releasing Exercises also known as Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises) providing you opportunities to learn and explore your own TRE® practice. This workshop is an introduction to this revolutionary, innovative health tool that is a natural, self empowering and self initiating exercise that almost everyone can use.
This training will have smaller numbers than past offerings of in person TRE training in Calgary to ongoing changing provincial Covid protocols.
If you are interested in becoming a Certified TRE® provider, this module is the first level of the training. Those who are interested in this will be invited to attend a post weekend zoom meeting to be given the further training. information
