Instead of our annual Halloween Social at the Brodie Centre, we are taking a field trip! The Health Sciences' Graduate Student Association wants you to get your CREEP ON Friday, October 20th at the Amaze In Corn! We have a GROUP SITE and BUS TRANSPORTATION booked for your convenience.
IMPORTANT: To reserve your spot a $5 deposit is required. This will be returned to you upon your attendance. If you fail to attend, you forfeit your deposit.
Deposits must be done through PAYPAL. Send money to vpmarketingevents@hsgsa.org

NEW INFORMATION:
Arrive in front of Brodie at least 15 mins before departure (ie. 5:30 PM)
To get into the Amaze In Corn - all students will be given tickets/food vouchers, to be distributed as we load the bus
If you plan on arriving on your own (ie. not via our provided bus transportation):
1) You must pick up your tickets/vouchers in advance
2) They will be available for pick-up Friday, October 20th, between 4 - 5 PM at the HSGSA office. If this doesn't work for you, email vpmarketingevents@hsgsa.org
3) FYI - group site is booked at 6:30 PM, you will not have access to our site until this time and the rest of the group arrives; you may ask the ticketing desk where our group site is for directions or follow your spidey senses
CAN YOU BRING FRIENDS/FAMILY? Yes. But the HSGSA will only cover ADMISSION, TRANSPORTATION, FOOD VOUCHERS for HSGSA Students. Friends/Family are also NOT ELIGIBLE to compete for the Haunted Forest tickets.

*A spot at our GROUP SITE. Available at the group site will be a propane BBQ, food table, stumps around the bonfire, wood, roasting sticks, and picnic tables. The HSGSA will not provide outside food as we have already arranged for food vouchers to the snack shack, but students are welcome to bring food for BBQing and roasting.
**First 10 students out of the Corn Maze will win free admission to the Haunted Forest attraction. The Haunted Forest attraction is $9 for others. Note: limited tickets are sold each night.
