Back by popular demand, our Amazing Race fundraiser will take place on June 22nd beginning at 1:00pm in Cavendish PEI. Grab a partner and prepare for a fun, action-packed afternoon of friendly competition as you travel to different locations on PEI and compete in challenges together. Some challenges will be lightly physical, others mental, and some guaranteed silly! A registration fee of $50 ($25 per teammate) is required. Registration includes an afternoon of fun (including admission to any attractions we visit), a snack, and supper. In addition, each team must commit to raising $250 in support of Camp Triumph.

Make your way to the "Tickets" button on this page and register you and your partner for a day you won't forget. All proceeds support Camp Triumph, a free summer camp for children whose families are affected by chronic illness and disability.

FAQs

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
Yes. At least one teammate must be 18 years or older. You must use your own vehicle to transport yourself on Race Day and so at least one participant must have a valid drivers licence.


What are my transportation options for the event?
The race will begin in Cavendish, PEI. The official starting line will be announced closer to the event. You will use your own vehicle to transport you around for the day.

If you are travelling from off-Island and would like accommodations at Camp Triumph on Friday and/or Saturday night, please email kathleenmurphy@camptriumph.ca.


Can I use my cell phone?
Participants may bring a GPS device and cell phone to use for directions. We ask that phones are not used during any challenges.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
No. Kathleen will be in contact with you before the event via email and we'll be expecting you when you arrive on event day!


What challenges will we be participating in?
We can't tell you that just yet! You'll have to wait and see!

I have dietary restrictions, will that be accommodated?
Kathleen will email you after registration to ask some questions and give you some info. She will go through dietary restrictions at that time to see how we can best accommodate.


How much money should each team raise?
Each team (2 participants) commits to raising $250 for Camp Triumph. This is in addition to the $50 registration fee that each team pays. We know you'll have so much fun and the money you raise will go directly to fulfilling Camp Triumph's mission of supporting children whose families are impacted by chronic illness and disability.

Of course, you are not limited to raising/donating $250. There will be race advantages given to top fundraising teams.


Do you give tax receipts for donations?
Yes. A pledge sheet will be emailed to you upon registration and you can choose to use that when asking for donations and recording donor information.
