Dental implants are becoming more popular in everyday dental practices and the replacement of the single missing tooth is likely the most common indication. Patients today are increasingly aware of dental implants and are expecting more pleasing restorations that mimic the natural tooth, both, aesthetically and functionally. This is especially important when working in the aesthetic zone. In order to be competitive, the dentist today must be able to meet those expectations and have the ability to select the right implant and the right restoration.
