We are very happy to announce Pierre Laflamme, President of Art of Living Canada is coming to Vancouver in June to teach Sahaj Samadhi, The Art of Meditation course. In this course you will learn how to meditate effortlessly with your own mantra, quieten your thoughts and clear your mind on a daily basis
The Sahaj Samadhi meditation technique is a 20-minute meditation practice. In this short span of time, you experience a deep conscious rest which revitalizes your system and dissolves stress and tension, both at the surface and deep within.
You will receive your own personal unique sound or vibration which resonates with your system. This mantra will effortlessly and effectively settle your mind and give it the much-needed rest it needs.
This technique combines very well with Sudarshan Kriya. It is a great meditation practice to do after Kriya or separately as well. Also people who haven't taken the Happiness Program can take the Art of Meditation as well.
