About the Course

Learning to think positively and abandon negative attitudes is the best way to improve the quality of our life. Buddha’s teachings give us the wisdom to identify and let go of the perspectives that keep us stuck in habitual, negative patterns of thought. By developing the skill to authentically transform our mind through meditation we can change the way we view our self, others and the world around us, and in this way become more flexible, light and happy in daily life.

About the Teacher

Edwin Tubb has been studying Buddhism and practising meditation for over 15 years and has taught at Kadampa Meditation Centres in New York City, Montreal, Toronto and England. He uses his experience of integrating meditation into daily life to present the teachings in a clear, practical and inspirational way.

Course Schedule

The course consists of two sessions with a half hour break. Each session includes a guided meditation and a talk.

10:00-11:15am | Teaching with Guided Meditation

11:15-11:45am | Tea Break

11:45am-1:00pm | Teaching with Guided Meditation
