Have you ever sat at your desk at the end of a work day and had to really think about what you did that day that was productive? Ever wondered how some people manage to move forward as fast as they do in their business? Would like to know how to prioritize money making activities over busy work?
Then don't miss this workshop. We will start our time together with a 15-20 minute discussion on priorities in business, what is busy work versus work that brings income into the business and what's holding most of us back from delegating and outsourcing.
Then we will look at each one of our businesses, identify exactly what tasks we need to prioritize and make a plan of action for moving forward.
You will leave the workshop with a clear understanding of why most business owners have a hard time stopping the cycle of keeping themselves busy versus productive and a clear plan for how to turn that around in your business.
