About this event

The default approach to conflict is avoidance, fix-it strategies, defensive engagement and a reinforcement of blame and judgment.

This workshop introduces you to a way to step out of the default mode of conflict and into: curiosity; reframing and finding your way to understanding and connection. It offers techniques for stepping out of the line of fire and responding from a self-connected place.

These workshops are filled with concrete tools and a framework for transforming the way that you experience and move through conflict with the people closest to you.

Together, we will explore:

  • Staying self connected
  • Translating the words of others into something we can hear
  • Cracking the code of what is going on for people
  • Accessing creativity to move into connection
