Over the course of 7 weeks, students will explore the foundations and subtle qualities of various yoga postures.
Designed to challenge and inspire students this workshop is excellent for anyone looking to strengthen their current practice or is a yoga newbie looking to build the foundations for their practice.
Each week the instructor will focus on a different theme within the Asanas.

Week 2 - The Art of Hip Openers
Week 3 - The Art of Twists
Week 4 - The Art of Heart Openers
Week 5 - The Art of Chutturunga
Week 6 - The Art of Flow
Week 7 - The Art of Arm Balances
