6 exceptional wines await your enjoyment along with our in-house Chef created custom food pairings: Your evening experience is sure to be enjoyable.


Your evening starts at 7 pm with table service and tasting beginning shortly thereafter.

Please arrive a little earlier (6:45 pm) to ensure sufficient time to park and check-in.


Throughout the evening you'll enjoy two flights of wine with their accompanying custom food pairings.

As the evening unfolds, our team will educate, inform and enlighten you about the wine and food you're enjoying.

Questions to the staff and Sommelier are welcome and encouraged.

Socializing with your other table guests is encouraged too!

As you might imagine, space at an event of this caliber is limited to 50 discerning members thereby ensuring excellent service and a quality dining experience.

Book now to avoid disappointment. There is plenty of on-site nearby parking.


The following flights and accompanying pairings may be presented in a different order at the event. We like to keep things interesting!

[NOTE] The Sommelier and Head Chef designed this pairing of wine and food to deliver the best experience for your palate. Therefore the menu is a balanced mix of ingredients which includes something for everyone.

6 Wine Pairings (2oz glasses) Plus 6 Tapas Style Pairings ... A FULL dinner service!

JC Sparkling Chardonnay -- This sparkling wine is refreshingly light with enticing, fruity aromas and a generous, nutty, creamy palate.

Served with: Spinach Artichoke Dip with Mini Naan bread – Baby spinach and artichoke hearts sautéed with a blend of heavy cream, mozzarella, Swiss and Parmesan cheeses. We serve this dip with warmed flour and corn tortilla chips.

Brancott Estates Sauvignon Blanc -- This wine has sweet ripe fruit characters with a delightful mix of citrus, floral, pear and tropical fruit and a crisp nettle highlight.

Served with: Orecchiette Prima Vera – Julienned mixed vegetables tossed in a creamy basil pesto sauce mixed with orecchiette pasta and garnished with Reggiano Parmesan

JC Le Petit RoséStyled in the tradition of classic French rose this offers ripe red berry notes of cherry and strawberry with just a hint of savoury spices. The palate is juicy with medium acidity lifting the ripe berry character and finishing with subtle underripe raspberry character.

Served with: Appetizer Plate with Smoked Salmon canapés and Avocado Toast. B.C. Smoked salmon wrapped around herb infused creamed goat cheese, wrapped with a thin cucumber slice. Served along side a light garlic toast topped with our own Baja Guacamole.

Campo Viejo Tempranillo -- Medium ruby in colour with a hint of garnet; the aromas entice you with notes of juicy red berry fruits, leather, vanilla and cloves; on the palate it is extra dry, medium-bodied and ripe with flavours of raspberry, cherry, vanilla and sweet spices.

Served with: Grilled Margherita Flatbread – Fresh dough grilled to perfection and then topped with our basil tomato sauce, fresh Roma tomatoes and provolone cheese. It is then topped with grated parmesan cheese.

JC Double Barrel ShirazDeep ruby/purple colour; pronounced aromas of black fruit, toasted oak, crushed mint and eucalyptus; dry, with full body and lush tannins; flavours of blackberry and black cherry, with herbal and toasted oak notes; the finish is medium in length, with some warmth on the palate; drink now or cellar for two to three years.

Served with: Beef Tenderloin Steak Tips – Tender chunks of grilled beef tenderloin with green peppers, red onions and cremini mushrooms in a rich peppercorn and red wine sauce.

JC Sparkling Moscato -- This Moscato wine delightfully showcase the sweet flavours and aromas of fresh summer fruit. Made with just a little spritz for the perfect refreshment, they are bursting with fun and vitality on the palate. Serve chilled and share with friends.

Served with: Strawberry Shortcake with Raspberry Coulis.


PRICING - Each Bacchus event is uniquely priced and reflects the calibre of wines chosen, the menu food choices and all gratuities for the venue and their staff. Bacchus events have no "standard" pricing because each event is custom created. Note: 13% HST is due at checkout.

REFUNDS - We know plans change so if you need to cancel, you may do so up to 21 days prior to the event and get a full refund. After that, no refunds are possible as we have our own non-refundable food, wine and venue commitments.

TICKETS - Please note, tickets are not transferable. Any tickets purchased/traded or not showing the name of the person attending, will not be honoured. Extenuating circumstances considered.

VEGAN - There is NO VEGETARIAN / VEGAN ONLY option for the food pairings.

CHANGES - The pairings are subject to change at the Chef's/Sommelier option.

ADULTS - Attendees must be legally allowed to consume alcohol at a restaurant.
