The Basics of Wine & Food Pairing

Take your taste buds on a journey and discover the delights of combining food with different wines and wine styles. Discover the effect that they have on each other. We will have sample size food dishes, which you will match and compare to eight different wines, ranging from sparkling, rose, different styles of white and red, as well as a fortified wine. Dishes include some classical pairings as well as some tricky ingredients and together we'll discover the wine and food combinations that work well together, just in time for the holidays.
