Victoria Stoyanova is an unusual suspect. Semiotician by training, strategist by trade, and people-person at heart--she is the connector's connector. She spent the past decade building interdisciplinary communities for organisations like Techstars, Second Home, and Creative Mornings. As founder of hito labs she works with clients including Virgin, IKEA, V&A, Adidas and more - helping them sail to the future of work with creativity, culture, and innovation.

Victoria is also the producer of the award-winning podcast the Work We Do, a judge for the Lovie and Webby awards, and the London host of the world's largest creativity community - CreativeMornings.
