The Best YOU Yet is a action-oriented workshop that will inspire, educate and motivate you to tackle not only your resolutions, but also your lifestyle and career goals. You will learn awareness techniques to help achieve your goals, provide a better sense of direction, and implement more ACTION into your life.

Besides learning about your action plan, you'll also learn from kinesiologist, author and motivational speaker, Eric Jozsa, and find out exactly what you need to make the right choices for YOU. We're going to talk about visual approaches to planning your future, discover why some of us struggle with resolutions and setting goals, and plenty more...

What will I get out of this?

What won't you get? Shake events deliver the goods right across a wide range of what we know to be 'wellness topics' - because ultimately it does need to extend beyond food and fitness, if possible. It’s our hope that every participant leaves our events with tangible help as well as a dose of inspiration. Each Shake event uses the oneness approach; addressing participants’ physical, social, mental and emotional needs.

What's the refund policy? Is my ticket transferrable?

You are eligible for a refund with valid reason up to 48 hours prior to the event. If you are unable to attend, your ticket can also be used as transferrable credit to the next Shake workshop or event. If you are unable to attend and someone else will be using your ticket, please email shakecanadaevents@gmail.com with ticketholder's name and new name of attendee using the ticket.

What are my parking options near the event?

There is free parking in the Yoga Passage member lot and there is also ample parking on 11th avenue and side streets. It is also easily accessible through public transportation.

Who is hosting or teaching this event?

Eric Jozsa is a veteran Kinesiologist, Author and Motivational Speaker who is passionate about wellness. Additionally, Mr. Jozsa has been a regular contributor to Everyday Wellness Magazine by writing articles on areas of human physiology and nutrition. Eric has also been featured as the selected Personal Trainer on the hit TV Show “X-Weighted”. After successfully operating a Personal Training company (Intensity Fitness Corporation) for the past 7 years, Eric is now focusing on Corporate Wellness. Eric has a passion for and extensive experience in speaking to employees about how to stay active, healthy and injury free in their workplace.
