Calling all UM alumni & friends 35 and under!

Join us at the Fort Garry campus for the first ever The Bison Ball, an epic evening for UM alumni & friends 35 and under. This event will be packed with local craft beer stations, food & wine pairings, DJ Blitz spinning 2000s music and amazing prizes including a chance to win a pair of Westjet tickets!

Admission is only $20 and includes five food & drink pairings PLUS five prize draw tickets.

Hand Crafted Cocktail – Ian Moran of “Pour Decisions” & The Hub vs Chef Ludwick of The Hub

Smoked old fashioned featuring award winning “Lot 40” Canadian Whisky paired with caramelized, 5 spice pork belly with a thyme, apricot & walnut jam, served on a wonton crisp.

Craft Beer #1 – Megan Carlson vs Chef Ludwick of The Hub

Two Wolves “Great Plains Brown Ale” paired with Mac n’ Beer n’ Cheese Ball (think arrancini!)
