About this event

In this unique concert experience, the Canadian Chamber Choir will perform selections from their new album, Seasons of Life and Landscape, inspired by the world’s great gallery exhibits. The ensemble is comprised of 21 singers from coast to coast and the CCC's Fredericton-born associate conductor, Joel Tranquilla, will lead a portion of the evening's programming. This event has been organized in memory of Robert and Joan Meade.

The Canadian Chamber Choir is a professional  under the direction of esteemed  conductor and vocal pedagogue Dr. Julia Davids – currently the Director of Choral Activities at North Park University in Chicago, Illinois. Since its inception in 1999, the CCC has been on a mission to build community through choral singing from coast to coast to coast, championing the works of  composers and arrangers by performing a program of exclusively  content. In 2016, the CCC was nominated for a Juno Award for its second full-length recording, Sacred Reflections of Canada.
