10:30 – 10:50 | Arrival & Welcome Circle (20 min)
• Guests arrive with gentle instrumental music and optional aromatherapy • Herbal teas and light snacks available • Centering breathwork or grounding exercise • Short introduction to the day’s theme: regulation, rejuvenation, renewal • Participants choose a wellness intention word for their name tag
10:50 – 11:30 | Nervous System Regulation Yoga (40 min)
• Trauma-informed yoga instructor leads gentle, restorative poses • Focus: breathwork, slow movements, vagus nerve activation • Short savasana for relaxation • Journaling prompt: How does calm feel in my body right now?
11:30 – 11:45 | Mindful Refreshment Break (15 min)
• Herbal teas (chamomile, peppermint, lemon balm) • Light bites: fruit, nuts, energy balls • Optional “mindful tasting” or silent reflection • Soft background music
