Description

The Cultured Table is a continuation of the Blue Heron Chef series, which we launched back in April. This pop-up will feature a carefully crafted 4-course menu featuring a diversity of flavor through cultured foods by Karen McAthy and Eden Chan of Blue Heron joined by Todd Graham of Handtaste Ferments ( @handtasteferments on Instagram).

December 7th
