Carol Greenwood brings over 25 years of research experience exploring the relationship between diet and brain health. Through this work, she and her colleagues have developed evidence-based recommendations on dietary patterns which help optimize brain health and function. In this talk, she will discuss the science behind these recommendations and their contribution to biological processes supporting neural plasticity, with a focus on optimal diet and lifestyle choices throughout the lifespan.
