A half-hour talk and slideshow presentation, followed by a question-and-answer session with Denise Herrera-Jackson, CEO of the Festival Management Committee, that focuses on the economic impact of a festival.

The Toronto Caribbean Carnival has grown over fifty years to become the largest festival of its kind in North America and a model of Canada's multicultural policies.
