Want a business plan to grow your creative business?

As an artist, you may not have put much thought into creating a business plan, but having a well-thought out plan can make a big difference to your success.

It will provide an accurate assessment of where you currently stand, and what your goals are for the future. Your artist business plan will also outline various revenue opportunities and how you will implement and achieve them.

We’re going to take the guesswork out of creating a business plan by identifying the details that are necessary to consider when crafting your plan. From a strategic analysis of your work, a competitive analysis of your customer and marketplace to avenues for funding and a detailed marketing plan, these failsafe tips will get your artist business plan underway.

Event will include:

  • Panel of professionals providing feedback as a collective to individual artists. Eg. Marketing professional, CCBC rep, Business professional, Professional (successful/well-recognised) artist.
  • Appointments available for 1 on 1 consultation with panel of experts

Facilitators

Betty Hasker

Betty is an entrepreneur and senior level manager with expertise and knowledge in a wide breadth of industries. She has spent much of her career teaching creative entrepreneurs how to grow to the next level, whether that means increasing online influence, acquiring more leads, or growing a customer base.

Glorie Averbach

Glorie is a business coach and tech entrepreneur with career experience in business development, marketing and brand strategy, as well as operational execution. Glorie is an analytical team player and leader, with a positive and "nothing is impossible" attitude who excels in team and relationship building.
