Event description

Description

An interview series featuring female leaders in creative industries.

Shadowpath presents the fourth FemmeOperative, this time in Thornhill.

‘There’s a gap that exists between the genders in leadership roles when it comes to the theatre scene’, said Artistic Director Alex Karolyi, ‘and this is prevalent across all sectors of the creative industry.’

Karolyi is the founding Artistic Director of Shadowpath Theatre Productions; a professional theatre company and charitable organization which she began in 2002. She now has the unique opportunity to share her experience with other women in the performing arts looking to enhance their career and find more opportunities in decision-making roles.

The FemmeOperative is a speaker series highlighting successful women in artistic fields. The evening will include two eye-opening interviews with women that are opening doors in the dance world.
