About the Performance
THE FIRE FIGHTERS is a story of love beyond time begins when five firemen who died during the bombing of the World Trade Center choose Rie to convey their messages to their loved ones.

Performance includes dance, chorus, Japanese Taiko drums, and visual art.

About the Inamori Art Project Group

The INAMORI ART PROJECT GROUP (IAPG) was established in Japan in 2010 by Noriko Inamori with 50 members. Noriko Inamori, a housewife founded Inamori Project Group in 2010 after she was diagnosed with a fatal debilitating disease. With her new life’s mission, IAPG was established as a volunteered member group of fifty Japanese. Through drama, dance, music, Japanese Taiko drums and visual art a theatrical play was written by ….to showcase why all people should live together on earth peacefully without wars, and religion racial differences. The group performed in Switzerland, New York City, Georgia near Russia and Japan. Noriko traveled globally lecturing mainly about world peace and giving a voice to people with disabilities for seven years. She died in 2013 at the age of 57. The group is determined to keep Noriko’s mission and beliefs alive will return to NYC in the fall of 2017.
