At a time when many of us are navigating reconnection, how might we bring greater consciousness to our friendships?
About this event
Changing Friendship Dynamics
Despite the enduring myth of "Friends Forever," most friendships undergo some degree of change over time.
The dynamics at play are both all too common and sometimes frustratingly hard to pin down. People move, start new jobs, expand or reconfigure their families. And, of course, there was that time we all went through the first two years of a worldwide pandemic together . . . but, also, very much apart.
The Friend Audit
At a time when many of us are navigating significant actual, or desired, reconnection, workshop facilitators Joshua Fernandes and Valery Navarrete invite you to join them and other participants in a guided "Friend Audit."
Participants will experience:
- A co-created container of care and mutual solidarity within which to bring greater consciousness to our friendships.
- Frameworks for navigating the realities of this moment in our friendships, and discerning when to deepen vs. create distance in a friendship (and how to do so relationally.)
