The Gathering

The Gathering is a retreat just for Youth Pastors. Whether you are part time or full time, whether youth is your whole job description or a part of it, whether you’re a ‘pastor’ ‘director’ or ‘whatever’ else in title - if you’re employed in youth ministry, we’d love to have you join us.

At the Gathering we take time to get in the Word together, discuss our shared calling and passion for youth ministry, and are intentional about resting, eating great, and having lots of fun. Time after time attendees talk about The Gathering as a highlight of their year. There’s nothing quite like getting away with a group of youth pastors!

Refund Policy: No refunds after January 2, 2023 when ticket sales end. Before January 2, 2023 refunds minus eventbrite fees may be requested. Need to sell your spot? You may if its to the same gender; just let us know!
