Event description

Description

”There is a very important component to promoting women’s voices that is often overlooked: the responsibility of the listener. For a woman to be heard, she must use her voice. But it is also the responsibility of society to listen. For there to be dialogue, a true conversation, women must be encouraged to speak but society must also be encouraged to listen.”

- Claudia Miatello, Chair, Celebrating Women in Theology Committee
