What do I get? Knowledge that will help you reach new levels of performance with your strength training programs for the upcoming season.
Why this event? There's a lot of information out there on strength training. A lot of noise. Who do you listen to? We believe it's important to learn from those who do and have demonstrated real results. Dan Baker is an accomplished strength training coach and scientist from Australia that's delivered real results.
Why should I believe you? We picked Dan for the tour because he makes the science easy and tells it straight. The practical implementation is what it is all about. He has been a Strength & Conditioning coach of elite athletes for over 20 years, the president of the Australian Strength & Conditioning Association since 2004, and has more than 40 peer-reviewed publications (mainly in JSCR). What if I get a ticket and something comes up? If you are able to let us know more than two weeks before the event we'll give you a full refund, returns up to one week before will receive a 50% refund. Due to the cost of bringing Dan in, and the limited spots available we are unable to refund tickets a week before the event, We can provide you with video and content from the event as a "sorry we missed you"
If I do decide to use VBT after the event is it hard to do? What does it take? If you come away believing in VBT as much as we do after learning more from Dr. Baker, and want to learn about applying VBT to your strength program, we'll have an optimized experience set up for all attendees of the event. We'll take a personalized approach with one of our representatives on what it takes to get started and provide any additional training to help you get the most out of VBT tools.
