The Human Workforce: Challenging the DEIB Equation
Overview
Our goal with this event is to help equip HR leaders with an array of knowledge and insight to design future-ready workplaces that are equitable, culturally intelligent, and built for the realities of 2026.
We’ll focus on how to redesign systems, workflows, and leadership practices that ultimately shape employee experience, performance, and belonging.
In this session, we take a deep dive into a range of topics:
- Inclusive workplace design, cultural intelligence across cultures and neurotypes
- Equity through process and decision systems
- Belonging as a driver of retention and innovation
- Shifting expectations for inclusive leadership.
We'll start with a structured panel discussion that examines:
- How inclusive workplaces are intentionally designed
- Where exclusion is created through systems rather than intent
- How equity, culture intelligence, and neurodiversity show up in daily operations
- The role of frontline leaders in culturally intelligent practices
- Design-based approaches to supporting diverse employees
Following the panel, we'll have two roundtable discussions giving you the opportunity to bring forward your own challenges and experiences. Our first discussion will help you identify where your own organizational systems create barriers or inequalities. In the second discussion, we'll guide you in forming a practical mini action plan for 2026, including redesign oppportunities, belonging cues, leadership priorities, and safeguards for AI-assisted HR decisions.
