In this session, two lawyers with extensive experience in commercial leasing will discuss the allocation between landlord and tenant of the costs of operation, management, repair, and replacement in connection with the leased property. Special attention will be paid to what commercial tenants need to know when negotiating a new lease or when reviewing (or disputing) a Landlord’s annual reconciliation statement.
