Come join us for a predestination by Artist/Illustrator Jason Blower, known for his charming artwork and derivative products of Edmonton; Alberta and his imagination. Jason will discuss the challenges between creating a creative career, dancing between creative fulfillment and entrepreneurship. From the ashes of his failures, to the delight of his successes, Jason will be sure to steer you though the ups and downs of his creative ocean and leaving you with energy to explore your own creative paradise.

• The process of selling artwork online

• Different avenues for diversifying income from your artwork

About the speaker:

Jason, a child of a “big fish” storyteller father, and mother who always encouraged his crafty nature, describes himself as part of the “G.I.Joe, Dukes of Hazard, Smurfs, He-man, Transformers, Big Wheels, Play out side using your imagination, still holding onto your youth” Generation, otherwise considered GenX. Inspired by the minimalist Mid Century Modern movement and the whimsical history of Folk Art he strives to create work and products that bring smiles to your face and warm fuzzy feelings to your chest.
