ADHD is a term we hear a lot today; what does it really mean, and how does it affect a child's developing brain? Learn what indicators of ADHD might be observed in 3-6 and 6-12. Diverse brains come with many strengths; let's explore the positive attributes that go hand in hand with ADHD.

About the Speaker
Melanie has been an AMI trained Montessori Guide for almost 20 years, training at the Foundation for Montessori Education in Toronto, Ontario.
Melanie has pursued her passion for working with children with diverse learning needs by training as an Intervenor at the Geneva Centre for Autism as well as completing the Inclusive Education course at the Montessori Institute of San Diego.
Melanie has witnessed first hand how children with diverse learning needs can thrive in a Montessori classroom with the right support.
