The Logan Hunter Memorial Golf Tournament

Logan Hunter, from St. Albert, Alberta, was a member of the Humboldt Broncos. Logan made an impact on people every where he went. From training in the offseason to being a teammate on and off the ice, Logan was a light.

Although his dedication to hockey training was strong, Logan loved to spend what extra time he had golfing. We thought there is no better way to honor and remember him than to join him on the links with friends and family.

July 17 2019 we were able to host the inaugural Logan Hunter Memorial Golf Tournament at The Quarry. With an astounding turn out of 216 players we were able to raise just shy of $20,000 for The Logan Hunter Fund. This money was raised through registrations, sponsors, silent auction items and donations.

The money we raised in 2019 went towards a scholarship for an athlete to train with Lead Sports (previously Evolve Pro Hockey). In addition to the scholarship the Fund also made donations to the following:

-Glenrose Rehabilitation Hospital

-The Stollery Children's Hospital

-Jessica Martel Foundation (Jessie's House)

-Zoe's Animal Rescue

The tournament will be a best ball scramble with a 9:00am shotgun start.
