THE LOVE WITHIN - Raja Yoga Workshop in English (Online)

Based on the spiritual teachings of Raja Yoga, these 90-minute workshops invite participants to explore specific themes from a practical perspective. Blending lecture, meditation and inquiry...there is the opportunity to discover the relevance and application of spirituality in one's own life while deepening one's understanding.

All programs and services are offered free of charge as a community service.  Open to all.  No experience required.
