About this Event
This weekend is all about YOU! In this hands-on workshop, Beatrix will walk you through the process of making homemade croissants. The trick is in creating a butter-laminated dough (layering the dough with butter and folding it over).
We will also be making a dark chocolate sauce that can be drizzled over the croissants and used to dip strawberries. Just in time for Valentine's Day!
We can't wait for you to try it. It's going to be life-changing.
Please note that this class runs a little longer than our regular 1 hour classes. This is due to the required resting time in between folds.
