Doors Open at 1:00pm
Please arrive at 1:00PM to allow time for check-in
Screening starts at 1:30pm
Guests need to have their information in the guest ticket, no duplicate names.
Please have your Digital Vaccination QR and Evite ticket on your phone to allow for quick check-in.
By signing up for this event you are agreeing to adhere to COVID-19 guidelines and protocols to keep everyone safe.
This includes:
1) Wearing Mask covering nose and mouth at all times, including in-between drinking and eating.
2) Will show your Vaccination Proof QR upon entry along with picture ID.
3) Social Distancing as determined by the Ontario Ministry Of Heath
As per section 2.1 of Schedule 1 to O. Reg. 364/20: Rules for Areas at Step 3 and at the Roadmap Exit Step (O. Reg. 364/20) under the Reopening Ontario (A Flexible Response to COVID-19) Act, 2020 (ROA) to require each patron who enters an area of the premises to provide, at the point of entry, proof of identification and proof of being fully vaccinated against COVID-19. The specified businesses or organizations must comply with this guidance document, pursuant to section 2.1(4) of Schedule 1 of O. Reg. 364/20

This screening is taking place at the PARADISE THEATRE on Bloor Street, not our regular venue.
