Two authors and leadership and Organization Development practitioners discuss these consequential questions and explain how meaning and purpose solutions can help.

About the Authors
Luis A. Marrero, MA, RODP, MLP is the Founding Member of The Boston Institute for Meaningful Purpose, an author, and pioneer of Meaningful Purpose Psychology (Logoteleology) and Organization Development 2.0. In addition, he does psychological and leadership assessments, consults and coach global executives of Fortune 500 firms.
Edwin Mouriño, Ph.D., is the founder of Human Capital Organization Development (HCOD), which focuses on helping leaders and organizations help themselves. An experienced professional with over 30 years of leading key elements of organizational change projects. Dr. Mouriño is a USAF veteran, practitioner, author, and educator.
