One of the strongest connections between mind and body is through the breath. Studies show that breathing practices can help reduce symptoms associated with anxiety, insomnia, and depression. Breathing techniques are also an effective way to enhance and deepen your meditation practice. This course will introduce you to some simple yet effective breathing techniques that can enhance your meditative "toolkit of calm". Each session will cover a breathing technique, a guided meditation and provide time for discussion.
