The Mind-Body Upgrade program is a non-diet and compassionate approach to weight management and self-discovery. This 12-week interactive program is designed especially for you and includes:
- 18 hours of live workshop, which includes yoga, pranayama, meditation and/or functional fitness workouts and health education education and activities.

- The Mind-Body Upgrade online program access
- The Magic of Living Nutrition book by Rachel Joy Olsen
- One-on-one initial pre and post-program assessment
- On-going support between live sessions
- Three, 21-day accountability challenges
- Private Facebook group access
