The Nefertari Circle Workshop
Overview
A gentle, trauma-informed circle for women to reconnect with inner strength, practice everyday wellness, and build community. Over the scheduled weeks, we blend grounding, learning, and creative reflection to support confidence, calm, and connection.
About this event
The Nefertari Circle is a women’s wellness and empowerment series rooted in trauma-informed care. Each gathering offers a calm, nurturing space to slow down, breathe, and grow. We move at a compassionate pace—honouring choice, culture, lived experience, and the wisdom in the room. Sessions weave together check-ins, grounding practices, bite-size learning, reflection, and closing rituals so participants leave feeling centered and empowered.
Trauma-Informed Foundations
- Safety first — emotional and physical.
- Trust & transparency — clear goals, expectations, and confidentiality.
- Empowerment & choice — you set your pace and comfort level.
- Collaboration — every voice matters.
- Peer support — healing through shared understanding and kindness.
- Cultural & gender sensitivity — honouring diverse identities and wisdom.
What you’ll experience
- Weekly grounding and regulation tools you can use anywhere
- Gentle, practical learning on boundaries, self-care, and relationships
- Creative reflection (journaling, simple art) and optional movement
- Community connection that strengthens belonging and hope
