Event description

Description

Think of a performance conversation you had with an employee recently.

Or even your own performance conversation with your boss.

Did it leave you feeling hopeful, inspired and motivated?

If you are a manager, 95% of you are dissatisfied with how performance conversations are conducted in the workplace. And your employees share your feelings: 59% of them say performance conversations have no impact on how they do their job.

What needs to be different about performance conversations in the workplace?

Join us on November 21 to learn about:

  • What we learned from neuroscience: What works and what doesn't work in Performance Conversations

  • The latest innovation in Performance Conversations: Moving from Telling to Asking to Orienting

  • How to build new habits and conditions that facilitate progress and build resilience
