Event description

Description

Join me for a night of edible storytelling at the Laurel Packinghouse (Kelowna) on Sunday, February 3, as I host my first pop up dinner since The Paisley Notebook became a national award-winning pop up experience (winning the 'Culinary Tourism Experience' category at the Canadian Tourism Awards, 2018).

Launching a new series of collaborative pop up dinners, the idea is to re-imagine the dining experience and what it means to support local by teaming up with talented artists from across the Okanagan.

In partnership with Kelowna Museums Society, this first dinner in the 3-part series teams up with UBCO Master of Fine Arts Alumna, Meg Yamamoto to turn our communal long table into an art installation. The 4-course menu is inspired by looking at the Okanagan as not only a beautiful place, but a delicious place.

Harry Dosanj will be serving up a Laurel Packinghouse inspired cocktail, small lot Okanagan wines and craft BC beers with his cash bar.

If you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions (including vegetarian), please email aman@paisleynotebook.com. This event features a set menu, which will not be shared until each course is up (I like surprises). A little request is for you to be in touch with allergies before purchasing tickets, as some allergies may not be possible to accommodate because the menu follows a story (please and thank you).

The other stuff:
  • The table itself is not edible
  • On street parking is available, but carpooling is recommended. Parking info can be found here.
  • Ticket price does not include gratuity or beverages
