About this event
In the workshop, The Pedagogy of Listening, educators will discuss, debrief, and explore what it means to help children search for meanings and understandings of the world around them. With a view of authentically listening, educators will review the importance of honouring children's diverse ways of thinking, learning, and being to find new ways to engage them in perspective taking, negotiating, expressing their emotions, recognizing the emotions of others, and regulating their own thoughts and feelings.
Free to those working and living in Waterloo Region, $15 for those outside of our Region.
