The Play «Enemies, A Love Story»
Overview
Resonance Theatre invites you to the play “Enemies, A Love Story”, based on the novel by Nobel Prize–winning author Isaac Bashevis Singer and adapted by Israeli playwright Roy Chen.
This is a touching story about love, faith, and the resilience of the human spirit, told through the fates of people who survived the Holocaust.
Herman, a Polish Jew and Holocaust survivor, lives in New York in the late 1940s and tries to rebuild his life. But the past does not let him go, and love becomes both his salvation and his greatest trial.
