This workshop will equip youth with practical tools and knowledge about how to build a stable community and maintain its longevity.
About this event
This event is open to youth ages 13-21 years old. Grade 8 to 1st year university students are encouraged to attend! This workshop aims to enhance Black and racialized youths’ ability to build strong communities for the purpose of maintaining longevity, creating wealth and positive outcomes for individuals to thrive.
Facilitators: Yao Togobo of City of Toronto’s Confronting Anti-Black Racism Unit
Guest Speakers: Agapi Gessesse of Cee Toronto and Kwame Osei
