It also helps us to create a fragrance of self-love and compassion. Compassion is the core of meditation practice. It is the act of forgiving our self and others as well with kindness. If a person is in stress, anger, fear etc. and we can request workshop helps us to create a stress-free life and brings productivity.
It improves memory, attention, and reduces mind wandering and distraction in order to focus and stay on work. While working, if we feel stress then we need to bring the sensation of awareness of breath at the top of nostril for few seconds which can help us to prioritize our work and manage our time effectively.
