Learn how to dissolve our stress by meditation practice

About this Event

This workshop helps us to live a stress-free life and enhances mental well-being.

It improves memory, attention, and reduces mind wandering and distraction in order to focus and stay on work. While working, if we feel stress then we need to bring the sensation of awareness of breath at the top of nostril for few seconds which can help us to prioritize our work and manage our time effectively.

It brings deeper state of relaxation and calms our mind, which creates productive ideas. If a person is in stress, anger, fear etc. and we can request them to practice compassion and you notice that fragrance of anger, stress is not any more. It is the ultimate gift with everyone but we are lost because we live in outside world with mind and ego and start judging and labeling.
