About the Public Talk

Each and every one of us has the capacity to tap into an endless supply of inner peace and happiness. Modern Buddhism presents meditations and techniques for training the mind so that we can achieve this. By taking these methods to heart we can learn to choose happiness throughout our life.

At this special event, open to everyone, Gen-la Kelsang Jampa will explain the methods that free us from negative emotions so that joy, happiness, and meaning will be our everyday reality.
