Event Information
About this Event
The popular TV series, “Breaking Bad” was filmed long before the pandemic, but it can teach us some important things about substance use, addictive behaviors, and how we can learn to “Break Better.” You don’t need to know anything about the Breaking Bad series to be able to relate to this presentation. We will look at how the pandemic has affected us, how well we are coping, and what we can do to keep it from “breaking” us. If you, or someone you care about, is having problems with substance use or other addictive behaviors, this presentation is for you.
